• CAPACITY: We recommend a max of 150 guests seated on the dance floor, up to 175 guests without. We recommend a guest count of up to 200 guests for a cocktail-style reception, depending on how much furniture is being used in the space.

  For guest counts over 200ppl, we recommend a larger venue, for guest counts less than 40ppl, we recommend a smaller venue.

• TOUR CONFIRMATION: After scheduling a tour, a confirmation email is sent with the ability to add the appointment to your calendar. You can use this email to re-schedule or cancel the appointment should your availability change. If you are unable to attend your tour please cancel or reschedule as someone else would love to fill in your tour spot.

• PARKING: Free street parking on surrounding streets, or you may park in a Loft on Lake parking behind our building. Ring our front doorbell when you arrive!

• VIRTUAL TOURS: Watch the Loft on Lake virtual tour video to get a feel for our space. We also provide tours via FaceTime and Google Meet. Just specify which platform you prefer in the Comments section when scheduling your tour.
