A stunning 4,800 sqft photo studio bathed in an abundance of natural light through our massive skylight, creating a perfect setting for natural light photoshoots. The space is raw brick with amazing bow truss ceilings and a copper gloss concrete floor, the perfect backdrop to your panel Q&A, music video or location shoot.

Studio Rental Rates:

Weekdays
$900 - 8 hrs
$1,000 - 10 hrs
$1,200 - 12 hrs
+$200/hour after 12 hrs

Weekends
$2,500 - Saturday
$2,200 - Sunday

Studio Assistant
$250 - $400 per day

LOFT ON LAKE RULES

  1. Liability insurance is required

  2. Sign off on clean up requirements

  3. Campsite Rule: return the space as it was received

  4. Recycle all plastic, paper, and metal

  5. Break down all boxes and separate all recyclables

  6. No alcohol w/o a licensed bartender on site
