We provide customized packages for events complete with technology hardware and support, photography and videography and recommendations for catering and other resources. We can assist you in selecting vendors and guide you though the entire process. We are also on hand for your event to troubleshoot and make sure things run smoothly.
Meet the Loft on Lake Team
Cher Garrett is co-owner and founder of Loft on Lake. She oversees all efforts and is the contact for any unanswered questions you may have. She is very involved in our corporate event division as well as wedding and private events. She heads all our advertising, marketing, business strategy and is the on-site supervisor for many events.
Steve Garrett is co-owner and is in attendance at most events to help manage on behalf of Loft on Lake. He is also head photographer for wedding and corporate events held at Loft on Lake. His incredible images fill the Loft on Lake website. Steve is the one for specifics on the day of your event and also the best choice for on-site photographer - know one can shoot in the space quite like Steve does!
Joel Garrett is Vice President of Customer Engagement and Sales. Contact Joel to set appointments to see the space and for any details regarding your wedding or corporate event. Joel can help you through your planning process up to event time.
Evan Garrett is head of technology and logistics. Evan can help facilitate any of our rented technology for your event and he is also our resident videographer and editor for corporate events and weddings. Evan also can assist on any photoshoots or provide studio management on the photo studio rental side.
EVENT SPACE RENTAL
The raw natural beauty of our event space can elevate and add elegance to any special event, whether it is your wedding ceremony and reception, a friendly corporate holiday party, or a daytime photo shoot for your business. Please review our guidelines, policies, and floorplans below to get started.
A signed contract and 50% are due to book the space. The balance is due 60 business days before the event, along with a refundable security deposit or credit card on file. The security deposit is refunded 10 days after the event, provided there are no damages.
All events must conclude by 12:00 am (midnight). Cleanup must begin no later than midnight, with all guests and staff out of the building by 1:00 am. The Bottom Lounge (across Lake Street) is open until 2:30 am.
Cocktail Reception: 250 guests
Seated Dinner: 150 guests
Catering and staff are mandatory for all events. Your caterer must be fully insured and licensed and must provide certificates of insurance as well as a liquor license. All bartenders must be part of the catering staff and are the only people allowed to serve alcoholic beverages on the premises. Caterers must clean the space upon conclusion of the event and remove all trash.

Coat check can be arranged for an additional charge.
There is free, ample street parking or valet parking can be arranged for an additional charge. There are also land lots in close proximity that are available for rent through Loft on Lake which provide 11-40 spaces per lot.
If your guests prefer to take public transportation, the 'L' stop for the green and pink lines are less than two blocks west at Lake and Ashland.
