Deposit Policy A signed contract and 50% are due to book the space. The balance is due 10 business days before the event, along with a $500.00 refundable security deposit. The security deposit is refunded 10 days after the event, provided there are no damages. Event Scheduling Live music/DJ and bar must conclude by 12:00 am (midnight). Events must conclude by 12:00 am. Clean up must begin at 12:00 am, with all the guests and staff out of the building by 1:00 am. Bottom Lounge (across Lake Street) is open until 2:30 am. Capacity Cocktail Reception: 250 guests Seated Dinner: 200 guests Catering Requirements Catering & staff are mandatory for all events. Catering must be fully insured and licensed, and must provide both certificate of insurance and liquor license. Bartenders must be part of catering staff and must serve all alcoholic beverages. Caterers must remove their trash and the space must be cleaned by catering staff upon conclusion of event. Tables, Chairs & Linen Rentals Typically part of catering packages, but can be arranged for additional fee. Parking Free, ample street parking, EL stop for Green and Pink lines at Lake & Ashland, less than 2 blocks West. Valet can be arranged for additional charge. Handful of spaces are available for rent.
