Steve & Cher Garret, the owners, have operated successful photography and graphic design businesses in the Fulton Market area for the past 18 years; among the first creatives to call this colorful part of the city their professional home.
Rooted in the creative culture of the area, they felt that Loft on Lake may offer the perfect creative opportunities for like–minded individuals. They hope that everyone that shares the loft has an inspired experience and finds as much appreciation for this unique venue as they do.
Green and GrowingLoft on Lake supports an Earth First philosophy. Our building is constructed with natural materials; timber ceilings, exposed brick walls, and concrete floors provide for a great ambiance. Natural and renewable resources and products are used whenever possible, such as soy-based stains.
We utilize environmentally safe cleaning products, and recycle paper, plastic and metal.We benefit from natural light through our expansive skylight roof. Solar panels will be incorporated in the near future, to further conserve on electricity. As we grow, we will commit more and more of |
